Summer Camp

Cancellation policy:

If a cancellation notice is received 14 days or more prior to the event, participants will receive a 75% refund to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to summer@rca.school. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing or response.

• Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund or credit. Enrollment secures space, time, and staffing, regardless of attendance.

• If a participant enrolls after a program has started (if approved), a prorated fee will be applied.

• In special circumstances, such as a family emergency, participants may request consideration for a credit or refund. Requests must also be submitted via email to summer@rca.school and may take up to 5 business days for processing.
